Project: Consultancy Service for Study and Revision of Organizational Structure, Salary Scale, and Benefit Packages.

1. Dynamic Micro Finance Institution S.C invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified management consultancy firms to conduct a comprehensive study and revision of its organizational structure, job grading, salary scale, and employee benefit packages.

2. The objective of this assignment is to design a modern, efficient organizational structure, design a structured salary scale, and benefit packages that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness while supporting the institution's strategic growth.

3. Scope of Work:

• Review and redesign the organizational Announcement structure.
• Conduct job analysis and develop standardized job descriptions.
• Perform job evaluation and grading using recognized methodologies.
• Conduct a market salary survey (benchmarking against peers).
• Design a structured salary scale (min, midpoint, max) and benefit packages.
• Analyze the financial impact and provide a transition roadmap.

4. Requirements for Bidders:

• Valid and renewed Business License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.
• VAT Registration Certificate and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
• Tax Clearance Certificate valid at the time of bid submission..
• Proven track record of experience in similar projects, preferably within the microfinance sector.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents (TOR) can be purchased by interested bidders from the Resource Management Department at our Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00.

6. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (CPO) of ETB 1% of the total bid price.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 11, 2026, up to 12:00 AM.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on April 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Institution's Meeting Room.
