Tender Invitation for Payment Gateway Services
Mathiwos Wondu Foundation (MWF) is pleased to invite your esteemed organization to submit a sealed bid proposal for the provision of Payment Gateway Services in accordance with our procurement guidelines.
The objective of this bid is to engage a qualified, reliable, and experienced payment gateway service provider capable of supporting secure and efficient online donation transactions through the Foundation's official website https://mathiwos.org)
1. Scope of Requirements
The proposed payment gateway solution shall meet, at a minimum, the following technical and operational requirements:
- Support for both national and international payment transactions
- Integration with local wallet payment systems, including but not limited to Telebirr
- Direct website integration, enabling donors to complete transactions with out redirection external platforms.
- Access to a secure and customizable dashboard for real-time transaction monitoring and management
- Availability of a robust reporting module capable of generating standard and customized transaction reports
- Submission of comprehensive technical documentation detailing system architecture, integration steps, security features, and maintenance procedures
- No upfront cost for system integration, setup, training, or initial support.
- Provision of user training and ongoing technical support for designated system administrators.
- Evidence of experience through at least three (3) similar projects currently or previously supported, including brief descriptions and client references
- Submission of valid legal and regulatory documents, including:
- Renewed business registration/license.
- Tax registration and compliance certificates (VAT and TIN number certificates)
- Any other licenses required to operate payment gateway services in Ethiopia
- Submission of separate Technical and Financial proposals clearly marked and sealed as per standard bidding procedures.
2. Financial Requirements
- The Financial Proposal should clearly indicate:
- The commission percentage charged per transaction (differentiating between local and international if applicable).
- Any additional costs associated with the service, if applicable (clearly itemized).
3. Submission Instructions
- Interested bidders are requested to submit their complete Technical and Financial Proposals in person within ten (10) working days from the date of this invitation at MWF HQ through a sealed envelope.
- Late submissions may not be considered.
- The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without incurring any obligation to bidders.
