The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), Oromia Regional Office, invites bids for the supply of furniture (tables, cupboards, chairs, whiteboards) and electronics (internet cables, desktops, TVs, dividers, regulators).

INVITATION TO BID

All local eligible suppliers who have trade licenses and suppliers' certificates of Furniture and Electronics materials valid for the year 2018 E.C., and a valid registration certificate from the concerned issuing body are kindly invited to the Competition and advised to:

1. Submit sealed bid supplying Furniture (Table, Cupboard, Chair, Whiteboard) and Electronics materials (Internet cable with track, Desktop, TV, Divider, and Regulator) to ERCS Oromia Regional Office at Adey Ababa Saris area (Finfinnee)
2. Purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of birr 1000.00 to ERCS, Oromia National Regional Branch, Tel 0114405983, located at Saris -Adey Ababa (Finfinnee)
3. Bidders advised to submit financials in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Financial and Copy Financial, all in separate wax-sealed envelopes). Also, a bid bond (bid security) is in its separate wax-sealed envelope.
4. Bidders have to be willing to visit their showrooms or stores for sample inspection
5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Oromia, Saris –Adey Abeba (Finfinne)
6. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above
7. Bid will close on the 15th calendar day of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00 pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS, Oromia National Regional Branch, Saris -Adey Abeba (Finfinne), and if the date is a holiday, on the next working date at 10:00 AM.
8. Provide 2% of the offered contract price bid security in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee addressed to the above-mentioned office, valid for ninety calendar days or as mentioned in the bid document
9. ERCS, Oromia Regional Branch, has the right to reject any or all bids.
