Qualification Requirements

• Site visit Site visit-The consultant is required to secure an official site visit authorization from the Ethiopian Heritage Authority, , under the Office of the Director of Finance and Procurement (Room No. 101), to carry out on-site inspections at Dire Dawa Railway Station and Kefira Market in coordination with the Dire Dawa Cultural and Tourism Office. The consultant must obtain a formal site visit verification letter from the Dire Dawa Cultural and Tourism Office, present it during the site inspection, and ensure that a scanned copy of the verification letter is submitted and uploaded to the EGP portal as part of the tender requirements. Reference: 13.1a

Conflict of interest 

Consultant is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITC Clause 5;
