SRS CULTURE AND TOURSM, IFB TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT, Tender No: NCB/SRS-CT/POF/004/2018E.C. OFFICE EQUIPMENT.

The Culture and Tourism would like to invite all interest and eligible bidders for, Advertising supply of procurement of Equipment for SRS culture and tourism bureau Caramara entertainment equirement under below shall be available.

1. Interest bidders should provide copies of relevant and valid document with renewed, Trade/printing license in the year 2018 E.C VAT and TIN registration certificate, supplier certificate.

And evidence indicating that the bidders has performed taxpaying obligations from, Federal/regional revenue authorities bids containing two original and copy of technical and financial proposal.

2. Bid shall be valid for 10 working day starting from the day published on Newspaper, (conditional bank Guarantee) or CPO not less than 2% for total price, they shall be delivered to the above office on or before closing date at 9:00 A.M morning permitted and late bids shall be rejected, 12/02/2026 on opening date at 9:00 A.M morning at the meeting room of SRS-CT. All requirement must available.

3. The bureau reserved the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid. Starting date will the advertising date with 10 days.
