1. Invitation

Children cross connection invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/labor subcontractors for the provision of labor only for the construction of the Fence construction located in Wolaita Sodo, Southern Ethiopian Region.

2. Scope of Work

Detailed technical specifications are included in the bid document.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following legal and professional credentials:

Valid and renewed Trade License for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year of 2018 E.C.

Valid Certificate of Registration from the Ministry of Construction/Regional Body GC/BC Grade 5 and above).

Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate.

Tax Clearance Certificate 2017 E.C. Evidence of similar work experience in the last 2 years.

Registration in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) suppliers' list.

4. Bid Security

Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or bank guarantee from a reputable Ethiopian bank, valid for 90days.

5. Bidding Process

Interested bidders can obtain the full bidding document from Wolaita Sodo Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 ETB.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bid Reference Number.

Bid will closed on the 5th working days from the first day of the announcement of this bid at Addis Zemen Newspaper at 2:00 pm and open on the same date 2:30 PM at Wolaita Sodo CCC Office of finance. If the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00 AM

Children Cross Connection reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
