Request for Proposal (RFP) Supply, Implementation Integration, Testing and Support of Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) Solution for Siinqee Bank Branch Offices

1. The SINQEE BANK S.C invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply. Installation and commissioning of goods listed here under.

2. The RFP document is for exclusive use of bidding as per the stated specifications, terms and conditions. The RFP shall not be transferred, reproduced or used for purposes other than the intended bidding.

3. The RFP is not an offer but an invitation to receive bidders' response. No contractual obligation whatsoever shall arise from the RFP process unless and until a formal contract is signed and executed by duly authorized officers of the Bank and the bidder.

4. The Bank shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information and/or interpretation.

5. A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) is available up on payment of un refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,500.00 (Birr One thousand Five hundred) and bid security amount of 2,000,000.00 (Birr Two Million Only)

6. The digital copy of the RFP document(s) will be delivered to vendors via e-mail to the authorized receiver.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the Proposals in part or in whole without giving any reason whatsoever.

10. The Bank reserves the right to stop or cancel whole or part of the process at any time without notice to Service Providers (SPs) and the Bank is in no way liable to the SP or anyone coming across this document, or participating in the process.
