Title: Construction of 50M^3 overhead water reservoirs located in Nyangatom, South Ethiopia Region

Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) is an Ethiopian non-governmental non-profit making humanitarian organization. Currently, ASDEPO is implementing a project called "Provision of essential Health and WASH service for refugees and other peoples in Nyangatom Settlement South Ethiopia Region,"

In line with its mission, ASDEPO in partnership with its donors. wants to Construction of 50M3 overhead water reservoirs.

Our approach is emphasizing local participation, an integration of services, strategic partnerships. In this way, we empower communities to find, design, and implement the solutions that work best for them.

Therefore. ASDEPO requested interested and eligible contractors to submit their company profile that contain at least below listed mandatory requirements and their financial offer for the above mentioned work as per the BOQ specified in a separate document.

The BOQ shall be taken from ASDEPO HQ and Nyangatom field Office The organization will strictly evaluate based on at least but not limited to the following evaluation criteria during selection of contractors.

1, Essential Criteria

Valid Trade Registration Certificate, Valid Business License Tax Identification number (TIN) certificate Value Added Tax Certificate. Tax Clearance

2. Capability Criteria

  • Valid WWC/GC -6 License and above.
  • Firms experience as a primary contractor for the past Six years..
  • Proposed key personnel-meet WWC/GC-4 and BC 4 requirements.
  • Cumulative volume of work for the past 3 years is at least 13,000.000 ETB and above.
  • Experience as a primary contractor for the past years especially in an emergency response projects and successfully accomplished it is considered advantageous.
  • Bidders must submit a site inspection confirmation letter, officially stamped and confirmed by the Nyangatom Water and Energy Mine Office and the ASDEPO Nyangatom Field Office.

3. Financial Criteria

Financial proposals shall be offered based on the BOQS which indicate validity period.

Bid bond-5% of the financial offer shall be presented.

4. Additional requirement

The winning contractor will deliver all materials input for the rehabilitation work. And is expected to execute the work including provision of all required equipment for the work. Bidders who know the local operation areas and context are preferable

How to apply:

Applicants should take necessary documents and/BOQs from ASDEPO HQ and Nyangatom field Office during working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm). And submit their proposal that contain at least above- mentioned documents and 5% bid bond on or before Monday, 10:00 am local time (morning) at ASDEPO HQ and April 27, 2026,

Nyangatom field office. The proposal will be opened on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 10:30 am local time (morning) at ASDEPO Head Office located in Lemikura subcity, woreda 8, around Figa traffic light at the back of Lion Bank Beshale branch with the presence of bidders and/ or their representatives who want to attend.
