1. The CER Bureau of Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food System Resilience Program and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction Work with Supply and installation of different surface solar pumps at 10 FSRP Woredas implemented by CER BOA

2. Interested eligible bidders should submit PPA Registration, VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license, and tax clearance for the current year 2018 EC

3. The CER Bureau of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET- CERS-FSRP-526951-CO-RFB for the Procurement of Construction Work with Supply and installation of different surface solar pumps at 10 FSRP Woredas implemented by CER BOA

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the CER Bureau of Agriculture at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400.00. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 200,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 3:00 PM on May 15,2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 3:10 PM May 15, 2026 at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide to 10% performance bond & 1% environmental and social safe guard guarantee.

8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
