1. Somali Region State Health Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary material. labour and equipment for the construction of

• Lot 01- Construction Of Bacadwane Health Center Project in Dawn Zone Bacadwayne Woreda
• Lot 02- Construction Of Buhoodle Health Center Project in Dollo Zone Buhoodle Woreda
• Lot 03- Construction Of Hagarmoqor Health Center Project in Afdher Zone Hagarmoqor Woreda
• Lot 04- Construction Of God-Dheere Health Center Project in Shabile Zone/ God-Dheere / Woreda
• Lot 05- Construction Of Fooqdheere Comprehensive Health Post Project in Erer Zone Qubi Woreda

2. To buy documents, the bidder have to present application letter, Original Registration Certificate from the Federal Ministry/Regional of Urban Development and Construction, Supplier Certificate of Registration from the Federal Ministry/Regional of Finance and Economic Development /Bureau of Finance and Economic Development, valid Business / Trade License in construction, Tax Clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and Tin Registration.

3. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical (One original & One Copy) and financial proposals (One Original & Two Copies).

4. A complete set of documents, in English, may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder against a nonrefundable fee of Birr 2500 (Two Thousand five hundred Birr) at: SRHB, Office of the Procurement, Tel: 0929254254/025-775-33-49, P.O.Box 238 Jigiiga, Ethiopia

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of only Certified Payment Order (CPO) of amount 500,000 Birr five Hundred Thousand Birr/ only

7. Bids Must be delivered to SR-Health Bureau at the 16st day as of the bid is advertised on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 9:00 Am in the morning. The technical proposal will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at the Meeting Hall of SR-Health Bureau, at the 16th day as of the hid is advertised on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper at 10:30 AM in the morning.

N.B. lithe bid opening ceremony day is not a working day, the hid opening day will be next working day.

8. The financial proposal of the bidders who pass the technical qualification criteria shall be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend on the date to be announced by the employer.

9. The construction works should be completed within a maximum period of Three Hundred Sixty-Five (360) Calendar Days.

10. A Bidder, who has less than 100 % Construction Progress achievement of any health infrastructure having currently at hand with Somali Bureau of Health and Blacklist Company cannot participate in this bid;

11. A bidder is allowed to participate only one lot or site; and

12. The employer reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, with out there by incurring any liability to bidders
