1.Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the sale of Garment Machineries.

2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

II.TIN Certificate

II. Tax clearance certificate valid for the period

III. Duty free privileged

IV VAT Registration Certificate

3. Bidders shall submit bid security as detailed herein below:

Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from April 06, 2026 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 1,000.00 (Birr One Thousand only) to Corporate Branch Directorate, Tower I, First floor and collect the bid document from kiyamed building Capital Goods and Procurement Supply Directorate, 2nd floor.

5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before May 07, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office, Capital Goods and Procurement Service Directorate second floor.

6. The Bid opening shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on May 07, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their financial offer documents in the sealed and signed/stamped envelope.
