Zemen Insurance S.C (ZISC) invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the fowling items.

• Exterior & interior signage, like Roof-mounted signage, floor-standing signage, mesh sticker, foam board and light box.
• Marketing & promotional. Like Roll up banner, product brochure

Therefore those who only fulfil the following criteria is mandatory.

1. Renewed a legal trade license in the field and submitting copy of the license, tax clearances, TIN certificate and vat registration certificate, providing all necessary documents with legal stamp and signature for each page.

2. the winning seller must make a formal agreement with us in seven days from the time he/she is notified as winner.

3. after opening the bid, we have the privilege to add or deduct the amount of up to 20% of the total amounts proposed.

4. the bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) starting from date of bid announce.

5. the bid remains floating from April 19/2026 up to April 28/2026 and will be closed on April 29/2026 at 10:00 AM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on April 29/2026 at 10:30 AM the same date at the Company's Meeting room 5th floor.

6. the bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (fifty Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).the name of zemen insurance s.c.

7. all bidders must be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C during office hours on/before Aprile29/2026 at 10:00 AM at the 5th-floor.

8. all bidders must be submitted separately financial and technical proposal for each envelop.

9. Zemen Insurance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
