Lion Bank S.C. (LB) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of hiring a qualified interior design firm who can provide a detailed office layout design.

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE

The primary goal of this procurement is to engage a qualified interior design firm to provide a detailed office layout design. This design will cover space planning, partition material specifications, lighting, furnishing specifications, and interior design. Specifically, the primary objective of this tender is to:

• A functional and efficient office layout for headquarters, branches at different levels, green hubs, smart branches, meeting rooms, service areas, call centers, and all other physical touch points.
• An open, collaborative environment with dedicated private workstations.
• Modern, high-quality interior design specifications (furnishings, partitions, lighting, materials).
• Full alignment with Anbesa Bank's brand identity.
• Documentation to support a future construction/fit- out tender

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:

Bidding Process will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Lion International Bank S.C and are open to all eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement & Facilities Management Department.

Bidders can obtain and inspect the bidding documents through Soft Copy by providing an Email address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site.

The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its bid, bid bond guarantees of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in favour of the bank.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of 22 April, 2026 from Monday to Saturday during working hours.

2. Bids must be delivered to the address below as per the below schedule. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

3. Bids will be opened in the presence of †he bidders/ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below as per the following schedule.

4. The Bank reserves the right to reject or accept the bid.

NOTE: A Bid Security shall be provided in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee, a Bank guarantee issued from Lion International Bank S.C. is not acceptable and subject to disqualification. But, CPO from branches of Lion International Bank is acceptable
