INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

Addis International Convention Center Share Company (AICC S.C.) hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors (G.C./R.C. Grade 4 and above) to submit sealed bids for the provision of labor, materials, and equipment required for the Stream Canal Cleaning and Flood Protection Works project. In addition, sealed bids are invited from qualified Water Works Consultants, Category I, to provide consultancy services for the upgrading of the AICC water system.

Bidding Requirements:

• Bidders should provide copy of Registration from Ministry of Construction with the relevant Categories or other relevant registration to the intended service renewed for 2018 Ethiopian Calendar Year (EFY, Trade License Renewed for 2018 EFY, Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender valid at bid submission date, VAT Registration Certificate, and Registration as Supplier/Contractor in the list of the mandated public body, i.e. Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA).
• Bidders can collect the bidding documents from office number 313, after the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper, from April 21, 2026 to May 11, 2026, during regular working hours, by depositing Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) into account number 1000616070839 at the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. Office, with the receipt of the deposit.
• The Bid document shall be accompanied by bid Security of the bid price, through Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CPO) to Addis International Convention and Center, Inc. for the type of service they are bidding on.
• Bidders must submit the bid specifications, including their specifications and prices, in one original and one copy in two sealed envelopes (technical and financial), with their company seal and signature, and place them in the designated bid box.
• Bid submission date: Bids can be submitted from April 21, 2026 to May 11, 2026, at the company's office located on the 3rd floor of the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. until 2:00 PM; the bid opening date will be May 11, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
• The Company reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject the bid.
