BGI Ethiopia Plc invites eligible, experienced, and licensed suppliers to submit sealed Technical and Financial Bids for the Supply of HPE Enterprise Servers, in accordance with the IT Department Technical Tender Document.

The scope includes supply only of brand-new, genuine, and manufacturer-authorized HPE enterprise servers, accessories and mandatory spare parts for the Production Cluster Servers Replacement Project. All equipment must be sourced from authorized manufacturers or distributors, be fully compatible with the existing IT infrastructure, and include a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. Configuration, integration, and commissioning services are excluded from this scope.

Eligibility Requirements include, but are not limited to: valid business license. FDRE supplier registration for IT services. Manufacturer Authorization Letter (Mandatory), minimum 10 years of relevant experience. technical datasheets, proof of warranty and support, and similar project references. Failure to meet mandatory requirements may result in disqualification.

Bid Submission

Bidders shall submit their bids to BGI Ethiopia Head Office, Procurement Chain Department, 3rd Floor, on or before May 07, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
