Hijra Bank S.C. invites bids for the supply and delivery of a 40 FT Containerized Data Center, Internet Banking Software, and Different IT Materials.

INVITATION TO NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

Bid Name: Procurement of 40 FT Containerized Data Center, Internet Banking Software, and Different IT Materials.

Hijra Bank S.C, hereby invites eligible and qualified national and international bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of a 40 FT Containerized Data Center, Internet Banking Software, and Different IT Materials as per the specifications outlined in the Bidding Documents.

 Hence, bidders are invited to participate in the supply of the above stated item.

1. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents during office hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, commencing from April 22, 2026, to May 7, 2026. Documents can be collected from the Office of Facility and Supply Management, located at Olympia Square Road to Bambis, 1st Floor, New Building next to Hijra Bank. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for 40 FT Containerized Data Center, and Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred only) each for the Internet Banking Software and Different IT Materials each. Payment should be made in cash at Hijra Bank S.C. Olympia Square, Nejeshi Branch.
2. Bidders are required to submit copies of the following eligibility documents: renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate. TIN Certificate, Manufacturer's Authorization Letter, and FDRE Supplier Registration Certificate.
3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount specified in the table above. The bid bond shall be in the form of a CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee in the name of Hijra Bank, valid for 120 days. It must be submitted in a separate envelope attached to the technical proposal.
4. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening.
5. Bidders shall submit complete bid documents enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes, clearly marked: "Supply and Delivery of a 40 FT Containerized Data Center, Internet Banking Software, and Various IT Materials." The bids must be deposited in the designated Bid Box on or before May 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM (local time). Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
6. The bid shall be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy, clearly marked "COPY." Each envelope must be separately signed and sealed. In case of any discrepancy, the original shall prevail. Both envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single outer sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Item description: "Supply and Delivery of a 40 FT Containerized Data Center." Bids will be opened on the specified date and time Indicated above at the Facility and Supply Management Office located at Olympia Square Road to Bambis, New Building, 1st Floor, next to Hijra Bank.
7.  Interested bidders are invited to attend the bid opening ceremony.
8. Please note that the Bank will not facilitate foreign currency approval or Letters of Credit (LC). Bidders are expected to use their own sources, and all quotations must be in Ethiopian Birr.
