FOR THE RENEWAL OF KASPERSKY ENDPOINT SECURITY FOR BUSINESS - SELECT

Lion Insurance Company (S.C.) invites all interested and eligible local bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning, and post-sales support for the renewal of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business - Select license for 400 Nodes, in accordance with the requirements specified in the bid document.

1. The bid document can be obtained from the company in the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 1000.00 (One thousand Birr) at the time of purchasing the bid document from :-

2. All bidders must submit renewed trade license, VAT registration, TIN certificate, current year tax clearance and the last two consecutive years audited financial statements.

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 20,000.00 ETB in one of the following forms:

a) CPO;

b) Unconditional Bank Guarantee

4. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address specified above on or before May 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in the tender box prepared for this purpose.

5. Bidders shall submit one Original and one Copy of both Technical and Financial proposals. Each must be sealed in separate envelopes and subsequently enclosed in one outer wax-sealed envelope marked: "Tender for Renewal of Kaspersky Business - Select License for 400 Nodes."

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on May 7, 2026, at 4:30 PM at the Company's Board Room, 6th Floor, Lion Insurance Building. Late bids will be rejected without exception.

7. Lion Insurance Company (S.C.) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
