3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document at the address given below from 8:30-5:30 P.M [2:30 A.M-11:30 PM Local Time.
4. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidder up on submitting a bank slip for the Non-refundable fee of ETB 4,000.00(Four Thousand Birr Only) payment by depositing on the Pastoral Development Bureau Bank Account No:1000146794247.
5. Bid must be delivered to Pastoralist Development Bureau, on or before 14 May 2026 G.C at 10:00 A.M EAT and will be open in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend at 10:30 A.M EAT on the same date of closing.
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bid will be rejected.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security with the amount lastated in the above table in Ethiopia Birr.
