Bole Lemi Special Economy Zone invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the supply of the following fire system/alarm and Smock detector service and safety shoes buying.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the procurement document of the IPDC and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

1. Eligible document are; - Certificate of competence, renewed trade license for the year, valid tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, TIN Certificate.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from OSS /procurement and supply team 1st floor and obtain the bidding document the address given below during office hour from Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM.

3. A complete set of bidding in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the address below and up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) starting from the announcement floated on the newspaper.

4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid Security in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee letter from local bank and must be addressed to "Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone" in separate envelop and be delivered to the address below before 2:00 PM of Friday May 08, 2026.

5. Bid will be closed at 2:00 PM and open at 2:30 PM in the afternoon Friday May 08, 2026. The bid shall be closed and opened in the presence of bidders and /or bidder's representative at the address mentioned below. Late bids will be rejected.

6. Bidders should present their financial and technical document in a different sealed and waxed envelope for each submitted in the tender box.

7. Bole Lemi Industrial Park reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.

8. The addressed referred to above is: Bole Lemi Special Economy Zone, Summit Con- dominium 3rd gate, after the circle square straight to the asphalt road or use Goro Circle to AWSSA Sewerage damp near to the Industry Park.
