For Digital outsourcing services

Ras hotel is a hospitality business without in-house IT /digital staff. To address this short coming the hotel has decided to outsource the required services to qualified businesses individuals engaged in the sector.

The areas it requires to be adressed by this outsourcing are

• Website development & Maintenance (design, hosting, updates)
• Social Media management and advertising (posting, ad-campaigns)
• Software Support/Customization (hotel Management System)
• IT hardware (PCs. printers Wi-fi. POS) troubleshooting

Vendor qualification/core requirements

•  Experience in hospitality IT systems
•  Academic and commercial qualification certificates on the line of job/business engaged in
• Reference from past / Current clients
• Technical breadth (Web, Social media. IT hardware trouble shooting. Software tweaking)

Engagement Model

• Retainer based support (on going monthly/ Periodical fee-depending on the contractual agreement to be reached)
