Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Invites Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Different Items

INVITATION FOR BIDS

(BID NO. ESO/PPMD/020/2026)

Ethiopian Insurance Corporation invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of the following items.

1. The bid is open to all eligible bidders having supplier renewed license. those currently registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry. Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance.nl

2. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) for each Lot from Procurement and Material Planning Department. Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No. 108

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 250,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot1. Birr 350.000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot 2. Birr 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot 3. Birr 600.000.00 (Six Hundred Thousand) for Lot 4 and Birr 70.000.00 (Seventy Thousand) for Lot 5 separately in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days.

4. Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1" floor room No.108 on 18 May, 2026 up to 2:00 PM and bid shall be opened on the same date at Enterprise Service Office Conference hall as per the following schedule: Lot 1 2:30 PM. Lot 2 at 2:45 PM. Lot 3 at 3:00 PM, Lot 4 at 3:15 and Lot 5 at 3:30

6. The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
