NVITATION TO TENDER FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES ETHIOPIA is part of a global humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the care of children deprived of parental care. We provide family-like care and social services to vulnerable families through our Family Strengthening Projects. Currently, we operate in seven locations; Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Hawassa, Arbaminch and Gode with additional satellite projects in each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa. And hereby invites potential Electric vehicle suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the specification details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

• Eligibility Documents – Valid and renewed Business License (E.C. 2018), VAT &, Tax payers’ Certificate
• Full vehicle document:
• Provide detailed technical specifications and brochures.
• Indicate delivery timeline.
• Specify warranty terms clearly.
• Items offered must be “or equivalent” and meet minimum requirements.
• Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources…etc.
• Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies.
• A successful bidder will enter into a contract agreement with SOS CVE to supply the Vehicle when he/she receives an authorized purchase requisition.

Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, one original Technical, and one original Financial Separately, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia National office offices in Addis Ababa, located at Bole Atlas in front of Mado Hotel on May 9, 2026, on or before 3: 00 PM.

SOS Children Village in Ethiopia Procurement Committee will open tender responses on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at its discretion.

SOS CVE reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or entirety.
