Lihiket Design and Supervision Corporation Invite All Interested & Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of:- Network Infrastructure and Surveillance Camera Installation, Configuration Supply All Devices and Accessories and Fix (Ready to Use).

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) specified in the Procurement Directive of the corporation.

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information & purchase biding documents up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr) from Bahir Dar procurement team office no. 08.

2. Bidders shall submit Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate and shall produce document for indication of fulfillment of tax obligation.

3. All bids must be accompanied by bid Security amounting 1% of the total price quoted by the bidder in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee,CPO, certified check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank.

4. All bids shall be sealed and delivered to Lihiket Design and Supervision Corporation at Bahir Dar procurement team office no. 29.

5. The Bid shall be closed at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time) on the 16th consecutive calendar days counted from the first day of Bid Advertisement appeared in the Addis Zemen magazine.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives who want to attend in Bahir Dar at the mini hall at 2:30 PM (8:30 local time) on 15 May, 2026 GC.

7. The CORPORATION reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
