PATH Ethiopia, a global nonprofit organization which is dedicated to achieving health advancement, Invites interested qualified firms to build partitioning, cabinetry layout and fixtures and finishes selection of its new office.

1. All firms who are qualified to build partitioning, cabinetry layout and fixtures and finishes selection of its new offices in Ethiopia. The space, with an area of approximately 454 m2, is in at Eagle Plaza Building 7th floor, Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 05, House No. 555. The qualified firms can obtain a complete set of RFP documents from PATH Ethiopia Country Program Office and carry out site assessment starting from the first date of this announcement April 29th, 2026, between 8:00AM - 5:00 PM office hours from Monday to Friday or request from the email address and office location below.

2. Scope of Work:

The project includes but is not limited to:

1. The attached floor plan design shows the office layout and materials required for the partitioning, electrical installation and ethernet cabling, you are required to submit clearly detailed Bill of Quantities of the materials.

2. Obtain all permits and coordinate all inspections required by local law

3. Provide the labor, material, equipment, and overall coordination and supervision required to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents and specifications provided by the architect in the attached architectural design.

4. Plan and execute the partitioning, electrical installation and network cabling works in strict accordance with the attached floor plan design.

5. Should have insurance coverage for any damage to the property and coverage for employees.

6. Ensure work is within local and building-specific requirements and that all specifications are followed. Any substitutions in materials must be approved in writing by the PATH project leads

7. Warranty all work and materials for a minimum period of one year after completion and acceptance of the work and services.

8. The bidders are required to submit 2% of tender sum in the form of CPO as a bid bond guaranty. The said amount is refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
