Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested Bidders to participate on the bid for the Supply of Data-center Server & Industry Standard Training on KVM Virtualization on Linux.

Therefore.

2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

1. Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Supplier Registration Certificate

3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from April 30, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, 1st floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Kiamed Building (former Sugar Corporation head office), 1st floor.

4. Bidders shall submit the bid security of 500,000.00 Birr (Birr Five Hundred Thousand Only) in the form. of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank

5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before May 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Procurement Directorate located at Kiyamed Building (former Sugar Corporation head office). 1st floor. 3:38

6. Bids shall be opened at the above mentioned address, on May 15, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate located at Kiamed Building (former Sugar Corporation head office), 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 524 4090, ext. 1216/364.

8. Bidders should present Original and copy of their Technical and Financial proposals separately in sealed envelope.

9. The language of the tender is English.

10. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
