1. Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation Transport & Logistics Service Sector has allocated funds to be used for Procurement of various construction works at saris mechelkot. The Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation Transport & Logistics Service Sector, Resource management and Procurement, department now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Firms/Bidder(s) for the procurement of:

2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure and is open to all bidders.

Domestic bidders who have an interest to participate in the bid shall have registered contractors of category GC4/BC3 and more than that trade license valid for 2018 registered Ministry of works urban development and Infrastructure, valid principal/commercial/registration certificate, valid tax clearance, VAT registration certificate and tax payers' registration certificate.

4.Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the procurement Department at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 noon and 1:30p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders as of May 1/2026, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 noon. On the submission of a written Application to Ethiopian Trading Businesses Corporation Transport and logistics service sector procurement Department and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 1000.00 (ETB One Thousand birr only).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:30 p.m. on May 18, 2026 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:30 p.m. on May 18, 2026 all bids must be accompanied by a bid security: ETB 100,000.00 (ETB One Hundred Thousand birr only) in CPO or Bank Guarantee for each lot.
