1.  For Purchase Electric Motorbike

1. Introduction
This tender is issued to invite eligible suppliers to provide the purchase of electric motorbike(s) for official or operational use. The motorbikes will be used for short-distance transport within the agreed service area.
The objective is to secure reliable, safe, and environmentally friendly electric two-wheelers with proper warranty and support for the specified period post-purchase.

2. Scope of Supply
The selected supplier shall provide:

• Supply of electric motorbike(s) as described in the technical specifications.
• Full purchase package, including:
  • Motorbike supply and delivery to the agreed location.
  • Valid insurance (third-party and recommended additional coverage).
  • Registration, road tax, and related permits.
  • Initial warranty, planned maintenance for the warranty period, repairs, and spare-parts replacement during warranty.
  • Only battery electric two-wheelers (electric motorbikes) are acceptable; petrol-powered or hybrid motorbikes are not allowed.
    Motorbike age: Not older than 2 years from the year of manufacture.

3. Submission Requirements
Each bidder must submit the following documents:

• Company registration certificate or trade license.
• Tax clearance certificate (and VAT registration, if applicable).

All submissions must include:

• Envelope A: Technical Proposal
• Envelope B: Financial Proposal

2.    FOR RENT OF ELECTRIC CAR

1. Introduction

This tender is issued to invite eligible suppliers to provide the rental of electric cars for official use. The vehicles will be used for administrative and operational transport within the agreed service area.

The objective is to secure reliable, safe, and cost‑effective electric vehicles with proper maintenance and support for the specified contract period.

2. Scope of Services

The selected supplier shall provide:

• Supply of electric car(s) as described in the technical specifications.
• Full monthly rental package, including:

·        Vehicle supply and delivery to the agreed location.

·        Valid insurance (Bolo, third‑party and comprehensive).

·        Registration, road tax, and related permits.

·        Planned maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement.

·        Vehicle age: Not older than years from the year of manufacture.

3. Submission Requirements

• Company registration certificate or trade license.
• Tax clearance certificate (and VAT registration, if applicable).
• Details of the proposed electric vehicle(s):
  • Brand, model, year of manufacture, engine/engine type (electric motor).
  • Battery capacity, range, and charging type (AC/DC).
  • Photos of the vehicle (optional but recommended).
• Maintenance plan and description of roadside assistance.

All submissions must include:

• Envelope A: Technical Proposal
• Envelope B: Financial Proposal
