It is to be recalled that Oromia Bank has invited interested and eligible bidders through Open tender for the Arc Sight Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) Solution playbook with implementation & Professional Video Wall Controller Matrix Implementation under Bid Ref, No: OT/17/2025-26 (Rebid). With reference to this, the bank has sought necessary to extend the bid opening and closing period in order to have sufficient time for bidders as well as the Bank.

Therefore, the bid closing and opening period is extended as follows:

• Bid closing date will be May 11, 2026 at 3:30 P:M and
• Bid opening date will be May 11, 2026 at 4:00 P:M

Therefore, you are required to act in accordance with the adjusted period.

All other terms and conditions in the bid document remain unchanged.
