Aggar Micro Finance institution S.co has issued the procurement of server, UPS, Network equipment, Rack, Air conditioner and Related ICT infrastructure

Thus interested bidder can purchase a complete set of term of reference (TOR) for the above activities engagement upon payment of non-returnable fee of birr 200.00 starting May 11,2026 to May 21,2026 (Ten days) at office work hours from the address mentioned below

Instruction to Bidders

The Bidders should submit at least the following:-

1. Bidders must have renewed trade license and registration certificate.

2. VAT and TIN registration certificate.

3. Tax clearance certificate for 2018 E.C.

4. The company profile.

5. Evidence of previous experience in supplying for similar organization.

6. Deadline for the submission of both the technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope on or before May 21,2026 at 10:00 AM local time to HRM and Facility Administration Directorate located as Lideta Sub-city, around Balcha Hospital, Dama House Building office No. 308.

7. Bid proposals will be opened on same day May 21,2026 at 10:30 AM local time in presence of bidders or their representative who wants to attend at Lideta Sub-city, around Balcha Hospital, Dama House Building office No. 308.

8. Bidders must submit their documents in English.

9. Bidder must submit bid security birr 40,000.00 CPO or Bank guarantee & attached with the technical document

10. One original and one copy of technical and financial proposals should be presented separately with sealed envelope.

11. Bidders can collect the Term of Reference (TOR) for the procurement equipment from Aggar Micro Finance Head Office HRM and Facility Directorate Office No. 305 and adhere to the requirements and instructions within the TOR.

12. Aggar Micro Finance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason
