Tsehay House Owners Association (HOA) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply, Design and Installation of Video Surveillance System (CCTV System)

1. The bid is open to all eligible bidders having supplier renewed license. Those currently registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry. Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance.

2. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) from Administration Office of the HOA

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50.000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Un conditional Bank Guarantee valid for 90 days.

4. Bid documents must be delivered to Administration Office of HOA Block 6 ground floor on or before May 27 2026 up to 10:00 AM and bid shall be opened on the same date at Administration Office at 10:30AM

5. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information by Telephone No. 09 11 17 06 72 / 09 41 89 91 90

6. Tsehay HOA the right to accept or reject partially or all bids.
