General experience

For the local company or the bidder- a company or the bidder must have a minimum of 7 years of experience for supplying the related community based radio equipment.

For foreign and joint venture

A foreign company or the joint venture company must have a minimum 5 years of experience for supplying the related community based radio equipment.

For joint venture companies

All the necessary documents (formats) for the joint venture formation like memorandum, legal contract binding documents, articles for the association (partners) and their sharing property agreements must be attached.

The Bidder must have suitably qualified personnel fulfilling the minimum required experience to fill the required positions, and should submit copies of educational testimonials and recommendation of work experience from previous employers and renewed professional license evidence for the bidding period including recently signed CV by the professional and certified by the Bidder.  The bidder must state the model number, brand name and country of origin the item  The bidder must attach original manufacturer’s catalogue of each item  Label or highlight on the catalogue for the item you bid for  You have to carry out installation, commissioning and training for the item you were  awarded  The university has the right to reject the technical proposal automatically if the bidder doesn’t full fill the above requirement.  Besides the required documents for the key professional listed in Table 2, the Bidder should present separate Organization Charts of the proposed key personnel; one for the Site and One for the Head Office establishments. Moreover, qualification will be based on meeting the marking system depicted in the Table above of this Section. The employer reserves the right to accept, reject or waive any variation, deviation or alteration.  The proposed personnel must be assigned only for this specific project and the following criteria shall be fulfilled:  Recently signed CVs by the professional herself/himself and copies of educational testimonial,  Experience written on the CV SHALL NOT be taken and considered as a valid testimony of work experience.  Attached copies of professional license renewed for the current bidding period.  General experience is any practical as well as theoretical work experience (i.e., practitioner, academician, administrative, managerial, expert, support staff, etc. related to the field of engineering. If the project is awarded changing the proposed personnel with equivalent qualification and experience shall be subjected to the approval of the Employer.
