Heineken Breweries S.C is looking for potential service provider of Fridge and draught beer equipment sanitization and maintenance service.

1. Objective

The Expression of Interest is intended to identify and shortlisting potential service provider of Fridge and draught beer equipment sanitization and maintenance service.

2. Requirements

The interested companies should be able to send the following documents to Ephrem Tsegay email address Ephrem.Tsegay@heineken.com  until 25th May 2026 @14:00 PM: - 

• Valid business license for maintenance related service activities.
• Valid VAT and TIN certificates.
• Organizational profile showing the company structure related to the provision of fridge and draught beer equipment sanitization and maintenance services.
• Company profile including past experience and recommendation letters from previous clients/companies you have worked with.
• Availability of a workshop in Addis Ababa or regional cities. Please attach:
• Workshop address
• Workshop photos
• Rental agreement or proof of ownership
• Number of vehicles
• List of equipment to be used for the required service
• Availability of permanent qualified technicians. Please attach a list of technicians. Additional supporting documents may be requested after shortlisting.
• Evidence of financial capability. Please attach the 2025 audit report.

3. Follow-up

Shortlisted supplier will be communicated for further evaluation and competitive online bid process.
