Nib International Bank hereby announces the extension of the closing and opening dates for the procurement of LED display screen maintenance services.

EXTENSION OF CLOSING AND OPENING PERIOD FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR LED DISPLAY SCREEN

It is to be recalled that Nib International Bank has invited interested and eligible bidders for the Procurement of Maintenance Service for LED Display Screen based on annual contract under bid Ref. No NIB/63/2025/26. With reference to this bid, the bank has sought necessary to extend the bid opening and closing period in order to have sufficient time for bidders as well as the Bank as indicated as follow.

Bid closing date will be May 28, 2026 at 3:00pm and

Bid opening date will be May 8, 2026 at 3:15pm

Therefore, you are required to act in accordance with the adjusted time schedule.
