Somali Regional Disaster Risk Management Bureau invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Construction of Warder Warehouse fence

Table 1: The details description about the type of the project and place of execution are described

1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all interested bidders, Bid Evaluation Shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in the Bid Documents.
2. Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of Not Less 1% of the Bid Price for each Lot.
3. Bids shall be submitted to the under mentioned addresses end of this letter comprising in one envelop separate technical and financial offers.
4. Bidders are required to present official application letter, Renewed Trade License, 2018 VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Payers Registration Certificate and Suppliers List Registration Certificate.
5. Bid must be delivered to Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB) on or before 3 3:00 PM, after 7 Working Days from the date of announcement on the Newspaper. Late bids will be rejected. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased directly from Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB) Finance & Procurement Room No. 11, and Telephone No. +251 25 775 3014, Fax No +251 25 775 3583, Jijiga, Ethiopia upon payment of a non refundable fee Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred birr) by interested bidders on submission of a written application.
6. Disaster Risk Management Bureau (DRMB), reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
