Vision Fund Micro Finance Institution S.C. Invites Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Canteen Service

INVITATION TO BID

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CANTEEN SERVICES

VisionFund Micro Finance Institution S.C is financial institution established according to the proclamation No. 40/96. Its mission is to provide financial services for micro entrepreneurs and small holding farmers in the rural and urban settings of Ethiopia. Currently the institution is operating in Oromia, Amhara, Sidama, Central Ethiopia regions and at Addis Ababa City administration with a total of 121 branches.

Vision Fund would like to invite and hire qualified and legally registered Canteen Service Provider on contractual agreement basis at its Head Office-Addis Ababa that shall provide food and non-alcoholic drinking to its staffs with fair price with the intention to uplift the performance of its employees with healthy food supply.

Thus, Eligible Canteen Service provider should strictly follow the following instructions and can submit their proposals as follows: -

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders from the stated address upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr).

2. Bidders have to submit their documents in two Sealed Envelopes ONE ORIGINAL and ONE COPY to the address below on or before May 28, 2026 at 10:30AM.

3. The technical and financial proposals MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATED and submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the outside as either TECHNICAL PROPOSAL or FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. All financial information shall be included only in the Financial Proposal. No Financial proposal, quotes or any other related financial information should appear in the Technical Proposal.

4. Bids will be opened on May 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Vision Fund Microfinance Head Office 4th floor meeting room.

5. The bidder must accompany the bid document with the copy of its Certificate of Registration from relevant Authority, Renewed and valid Trade License, TIN Registration Certificate, and VAT registration, and other relevant document pertinent to the bid.

7. All bidders should adhere to the rules and regulations stated in the bid documents, otherwise would not be considered for evaluation.
