East Africa Bottling S.C. intends to identify and pre-qualify reputed and interested companies operating in Ethiopia that fulfill the requirements for the provision of Security Service for its Addis Ababa and Sebata plants.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Eol)

East Africa Bottling S.C is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverage Africa a well-established bottler in Africa, EABSC intends to identify and pre-qualify reputed and interested companies operating in Ethiopia that fulfill the requirements for the provision of Security Service for its Addis Ababa and Sebata plants.

The EOI should be sent to the email address indicated below by the 29th of May 2026, along with the following documentation and information:

a. Company profile;

b. Operating license for requested services;

c. Legal, commercial and tax registration;

d. License from EFP (Ethiopia Federal Police)

e. Environmental, Occupational Health, Hygiene and Safety Policy;

f. Three (3) years' experience and capability & track record providing requested services (reference letters);

g. Motivation to perform requested service.

h. Contact details (name, email, and telephone) of company representative who will receive notifications and populate required tender information.

The pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation email within one week from the deadline date of this published invitation and will have the opportunity to submit the technical and commercial proposals. The entire process will be governed exclusively by East Africa Bottling S.C., internal regulations and norms which may be subject to review, if necessary, within the company's discretionary criteria.
