1. Introduction

Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) invites sealed bids from eligible, licensed, and technically qualified suppliers for the supply, installation, configuration, activation, and technical support of MS windows 11 pro license, MS office 365 license and Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS) licenses.

Interested bidders must submit valid legal, technical, and financial documents including Trade License, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, and Company Profile with relevant experience, Partnership or Reseller Certificate must be included. Bidders shall also submit a detailed technical proposal covering product specifications, implementation timeline, warranty, and support plan along with official product documentation..

A bid security of 2% of Total bid amount in the form of CPO only is required.

4. Collection of Tender Documents:

"Availability: Bidders can obtain the tender document starting from May 18, 2026, during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00AM, 4:00 PM (East Africa Time).

Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of ETB 600.00 is required, payable in cash at the GNE Finance Department.

5. Bid Submission and Opening

Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (Technical: original and copy; Financial: original and copy) and clearly marked.

Submission Deadline: Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope no later than May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Submission Venue: Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Melkam Children Center (Commonly known as Korean School), located behind St. Lidia Orthodox Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on May 26, 2026, at 10:15 AM at the Melkam Children Center (Commonly known as Korean School), located behind St. Lidia Orthodox Church, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Note: Late or electronic (email) submissions will be rejected without exception.

6. Terms and Conditions

All software supplied must be genuine, fully licensed, installed, configured, and fully operational upon delivery.

Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the bid, at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.
