Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) is an Ethiopian indigenous civil society organization working in the areas of mental health, psychosocial support, and disability inclusion. 

To improve its office working environment and operational efficiency, NCO intends to procure modern, durable, and ergonomic office furniture for its offices and program implementation sites.

Scope of Supply

The selected supplier shall supply, deliver, and where necessary assemble the required office furniture items including:

• Reception desk
• Coffee tables
• Office shelves and corner shelves
• Ergonomic office chairs
• Guest and visitor chairs
• Reception/cafeteria chairs

Supplier Requirements

• Valid business license
• Renewed TIN and VAT registration certificate
• Proven experience in office furniture supply
• Ability to deliver quality and durable furniture
• Previous experience with NGOs, institutions, or commercial offices is an advantage

Financial Proposal

• Detailed unit price for each furniture item
• Transportation and delivery costs
• Assembly and installation costs
• Applicable taxes and other related costs
• Total quotation in ETB
