Ethiopian Airlines Group invites competent and qualified Grade III (Three) General or Building contractors for the Construction of Security Fence at Arba-Minch Regional Airport

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders to submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor, material and equipment for the Construction works for those who can meet the requirements stated hereunder and:

1.The project is located in Arba-Minch Airport.

2. The project shall be completed within 180 calendar days.

3. Renewed trade license for 2018 E.C.

4. Renewed Certificate of registration from authorized body in category GC/BC-3 and above.

5. VAT registration certificate and Taxpayer registration.

6. Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.

7. Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure and is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Documents.

8. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T616 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by the return email.

9. All Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) for the total project in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee from banks in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on June 04, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group Head office Addis Ababa, at SSNT Bid opening Room in the presence of those interested bidder's representatives.
