PROCUREMENT OF SURFACE PUMP INVERTER AND SUBMERSIBLE PUMP

ZOA from relief to recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Charities and Societies Agency as Foreign Charity under registration certificate number 0739 to work in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support the lives of refugees, returnees, internally displaced and victims of conflicts and natural disasters.

ZOA from Relief to Recovery invites qualified, competent, and reliable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of the following items:

1. Vertical multistage surface pump suitable for a duty of 6 L/s at 210 m total dynamic head. The pump shall be driven by a 21 kW. 3-phase motor. Minimum suction nozzle size shall be DN100 and delivery nozzle size DN80, flanged to ISO standards

2.Horizontal multistage surface centrifugal pump, duty of Q=10- 15 L/s at 180-200 m total dynamic head (TDH). The pump shall be driven by a 22 kW, 3-phase motor. Minimum suction nozzle size shall be DN100 and delivery nozzle size DN80, flanged to ISO standards with Auto-Transformer Starter Control Panel suitable for 22 kW, 415 V, 3-phase motor complete with autotransformer (65/80% tap),

3. 22 kW solar pump hybrid inverter (PV + grid/generator), DC input 450-800 V, vector control, overload 150%, with full AC/DC protection and pressure-based control accessories.

Bid Participants shall present the following Mandatory Requirements with their bid document.

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

4. Bid Security Bond valid for 90 days, 2% of bid amount by CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of ZOA only issued by a recognized Banks. CPO will be returned after the winners' vendor identified & awarded.

5. Relevant document which can show past performance and experience.

6. Right supplier category

• The bid will be floated from May 20, 2026, to June 1, 2026, until 2:00 P.M.
• Late submissions will be rejected.
• ZOA Ethiopia reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process, either partially or entirely, at any time before the contract award without incurring any liability to bidders.
• The Bid Instruction Document and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) can be obtained from ZOA From Relief to Recovery offices during working hours (8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.) from May 20, 2026, to June 1, 2026, at the following locations:
• Country Office, Addis Ababa: Located on the way to the Somali Embassy in Bole Michael, near Tizeze Hotel.
• The bid submission will close on June1, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., and bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM. at the ZOA Country Office in Addis Ababa.
