PATH would like to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of OFFICE BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKS for PATH Ethiopia current office.

SPECIAL PAINTING WORKS |
High quality oil-based decorative paint over existing painted surfaces, including proper cleaning and preparation to remove dust, grease, loose particles, light sanding to ensure adhesion. |

WATER BASED PAINTING WORKS |
Supply and application of high-quality water-based emulsion paint for interior wall surface and Slab Soffit surfaces. |

DOOR MAINTENANCE WORKS |
install a new door handle and lockset with three keys and replace existing hinges with stainless-steel rust-resistant units, ensuring proper alignment, smooth operation, and secure fixing of the wooden door, vamish and paint with same color that the doors have, for different size |

GYPSUM BOARD CEILING WORKS |
Provide and fix locally manufactured gypsum boards anchored on roof truss: treat joints with gypsum compound and tape, finish smooth, and apply primer plus two coats of emulsion paint for a durable, neat celling surface. |

ELECTRICAL WORKS |
Provide and fix electrical fittings, including light fixtures and sockets, as required, in accordance with the original design to ensure proper functionality. |

SANITARY WORKS |
Maintain and repair toilets and hand-wash basins to ensure proper functionality, replacing fittings and accessories as required; check, service, and renew sanitary lines where necessary, with all works executed to original standards |
- All suppliers who have valid licenses. TIN number and VAT registration document can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from PATH Country Office (Addis Ababa) starting from the first day of this invitation May 20.2026 between 8:00AM-5:00 PM office hours from Wednesday to Tuesday.
- Office maintenance works of Bid Offer shall be produced in separate envelopes marked as original documents. All envelopes shall then be put in one together, sealed, stamped, and submitted to PATH Country office. Bole. behind "The HUB Hotel" On or before DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION -26 May 2026 4:00 PM East African Time (EAT).
- Essential (exclusion) Criteria:
- Valid & renewed trade license. TIN number and VAT registration
- Must Submit Similar work experience (minimum of 5 Written testimony)
- All Bidders must Submit bid security in acceptable form of CPO amounting to % of the bid offer.
- Bidders should quote for every line item.
- Bidders will not be invited to attend the opening session.
