CONSULTANCY FOR ERP SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR CORHA

The Consortium of Reproductive Health Associations (CORHA) is a national network of civil society organizations working to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights in Ethiopia. To strengthen organizational efficiency, accountability, and member engagement, CORHA seeks to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored to its operations, covering Finance, Administration, and Membership management. Objectives

The general objectives of this application are to: To design, customize, and implement a user-friendly ERP system for CORHA that integrates financial management, administrative functions, and membership services, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

Expected Results (Deliverables)

The consultancy firm/consultant is expected to produce the following deliverables:

• Inception report with needs assessment and ERP design plan.
• Customized ERP system with three modules (Finance, Admin, Membership).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in ERP system development and implementation, preferably for NGOs.
• Strong knowledge of financial, administrative, and membership management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics).
