Hosanna College of Health Sciences /HCHS/, invites all eligible Bidders to participate in the tender for the Supply, Installation, configuration, commissioning, Testing and Training of VDI. Bidders who can provide Renewed Trade License, Recent Tax Clearance from Ethiopian Revenue & Customs Authority, VAT Registration & TIN No. Certificate from the concerned Authority can participate for the Bid.

Interested Bidders can obtain the bid document by paying a non-refundable sum of Birr 300 /Three Hundred/ from Hosanna College of Health Sciences, 3rd floor room No 12 during 10 consecutive days. All sealed Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the place mentioned above.

The amount of Bid bound is 100,000.00(One hundred thousand Birr only) which is unconditional bank guarantee.

Bids must be delivered on or before 11:30 local time of the 10th day from the first announcement date.

And,  Bids will be opened on 04:30 local time of the 11th day of the first declaration date in the presence of interested bidders and/ or their official representatives, who wishes to attend the opening ceremony.
Bidders must Sign & Seal anti-bribery pledge form which is attached with bid document & submit with original technical bid documents.

The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
