1. The CER Water, Irrigation & Mines Development bureau has received financing from OWNP-CWA phase II towards the cost of Water Supply, Hygiene and Sanitation Project for the procurement of proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the Procurement One Portable air Compressor with all accessories

2. Interested eligible bidders should submit PPA Registration, VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license for the current year 2018 EC.

3. The CER Water, Irrigation & Mines Development bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-CENTRALETH-544106-GO-CW-RFB for the Procurement of One Portable skid mounted air Compressor with all accessories.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the CER Water, Irrigation & Mines Development bureau at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of: ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O or Unconditional Bank Guarantee with a Validity Period of 90 days be delivered the address to CERS Water, Irrigation & Mines Development Bureau before 2:00 PM on June 25, 2026 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 2:30 PM June 25, 2026, at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide to 10% performance bond.

9. Bid shall be valid for period of 60 days after Bid Submission deadline

8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
