The Benishangul Gumuz Regional State, Disaster Risk Management commission now invites eligible Contractors of Category GC-3/BC-2 and above who would be financially and technically capable to furnish the necessary Labor, Equipment, and Material to undertake the construction of Grain Store, Office, Toilet & Shower, Chemical Store and Guard house Building Construction works at Assosa town.

1. Interested bidder should submit:

(a) Certificate of registration from relevant Ministry renewed for 2018 EFY with Category GC-3 or BC-2 and above and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance, which shall include:

i. Trading license and

ii. Its tax clearance certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender and valid at bidding date, and VAT Registration Certificate.

2. The bid document can be purchased From B/G/R/S/Disaster Risk Management Commission Procurement and Property administration Directorate Office No-05/Tel....057 775 1441/ before 20 calendar days beginning from the first announcement date on the newspaper upon a payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 3,000.00 (Three thousand ETB).

3. Eligible contractors may obtain further information and inspect the qualification document at Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State Disaster Risk Management Commission Procurement and Property administration Directorate office

4. The bid document shall be accompanied by a security in the form of CPO OR UNCONDITIONAL BANK GUARANTEE of 1,000,000.00 birr and must be addressed to B/G/R/S/ Disaster Risk Management commission Sealed bid documents shall be submitted B/G/R/S/Disaster Risk Management Commission, Procurement & Property administration Directorate Office not later than 21 calendar days beginning from the first date of advertisement before 4:00 local Time and if the 21th day fall on Holidays the bid opening day be the next working day at specified time mentioned above

5. The bid will be opened on the last bid submission date at 4:30 Local Time at B/G/R/S/ Disaster Risk Management Commission Procurement and Property administration Directorate Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

6. Bidders are required to visit the site and read the bidding document and the instruction to bidders thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary detail requested in the schedule.

7. The client reserves to reject all any or all bids.
