Dashen Bank Invites Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of different items

CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITVE BID (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of different items and worksas per stated below;

1.Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ or https://dashen.afrotender. com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from May 25, 2026.

2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4.Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each bid reference Number.

5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for all bid reference numbers.

6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on

a. June 5, 2026 for bid ref. No.DBOT16025/26 and DBOT16125/26 and

b. June 8, 2026 for bid ref. No.DBOT16225/26 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon respectively at the place mentioned under No. 7 below and

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Dashen Bank Head Office Building, 7th Floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall, tentatively as follow:

a. For bid ref. No.DBOT16025/26 and DBOT16125/26 on June 6, 2026, at 9:30 A.M, Morning

b. For bid ref. No. DB DBOT16225/26 on June 9, 2026 at 2:00 P.M, Afternoon

8.Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
