INVITATION TO BID

Equatorial Business Group PLC (EBG) herby invite eligible and interested cleaning service provider to submit their bids for the provision for cleaning service for the company Head office and selam pharmacy outlet. No 1.2,5 & 6.

There for, interested bidders shall submit their proposals as per the following condition.

1. A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders up on payment non refundable payment of ETB 300 (three hundred) from Equatorial Business Group plc head office 1st floor local purchase office

2. Bidders must provide a renewed commercial registration & business license, Tax clearance, Tax payers identification certificate (TIN), competence certificate, bid security of Birr 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO along with their bid document.

3. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposal in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes.

4. All other information pertinent to this announcement including the TOR is found in the particular bid document, which bidders strictly should follow.

5. The Bid must be submitted to the Equatorial Business Group plc head office before June 2, 2026, 10:00 AM

6. The bid will be opened at EBG 2nd floor conferees room located at presents of bidders on their representative who choose to attend in the bid opening June 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM

7. Failure to observe the instruction & condition provided in the document will be constitute on the ground for rejection of the bidder from completion

8. Equatorial Business Group shall reserve the right to cancel all or part of this bid.
