Invitation to Consultancy Service

1. Background

Pro Pride is an Ethiopian Indigenous Non-Governmental Development Organization established in 1995 with a commitment to actively engage in the fight against poverty and accompanying vulnerabilities. The organization has been reregistered under the CSO Proclamation No. 1113/2019.

In collaboration with CIFA and other partners, Pro Pride is currently implementing a project titled: Second Life: Developing Skills for the Green Economy and Decent Work in Ethiopia. In connection to this project, Pro Pride invites qualified and registered consultancy firms to submit their technical and financial proposals to deliver consultancy service to co-facilitate a national seminar and develop TVET GESI Policy along with implementation guidelines.

2. Requirements

• Expert 1-Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialist
• Expert 2 - Disability Inclusion and Accessibility Specialist

3. Deliverables

i. Inception Report (within the first one week);

ii. Two-day Multi-stakeholder National Seminar facilitation materials (seminar schedule, presentation material and reading resources);

iii. A Report on the National Seminar, including key findings, recommendations along with Inclusive TVET Action Plan;

iv. Draft Inclusive TVET Policy grounded in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) principles;

v. Draft Implementation Guidelines for the inclusive TVET Policy;

vi. Revised, Consolidated and Final Inclusive TVET Policy Document;

Vii. Revised, Consolidated and Final implementation Guidelines for the Inclusive TVET Policy
