For Rehabilitation of Veterinary Clinics in Milki Gudina and Bedasa Jarso Kebeles, Sasiga

Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit organization, secular, and legally registered Ethiopian civil society organization with registration number 2330. The organization was established on June 6/2011, with a mission to save lives, promote hope, end poverty, and achieve social justice through integrated and sustainable development approaches.

PAD would like to invite qualified and interested potential bidders for rehabilitation of veterinary clinics in Milki Gudina and Bedasa jarso kebeles, Sasiga woreda, East Welega zone,

Oromia region as specified bellow:

Note: Contractors must have Category GC/BC, seven(7) & above certifications to be eligible to bid on this bid. Prospective contractors must also be able to complete the rehabilitation and construction works must within forty-five (45) calendar days and the winning bidder(s) will be required to enter to a contract agreement with PAD after acceptance.

• Bidders must complete all sections of the bidding documents, duly sign and stamp them.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, and include both the technical and financial proposals.
• Bidders are required to comply with all mandatory requirements and submit the necessary supporting documents as specified in the bidding document.
• All documents required for the technical evaluation criteria must be properly completed and included in the submission.

Requirements:

Interested eligible Bidders shall provide the written application with copies of the following mandatory legal document:

• Having BC/GC-7 and Above
• Renewed Business License in the respective area.
• Business Registration
• TIN Certification.
• VAT registration certificate.
• Proof of track record in rehabilitation or construction last three years.
• Testimonies of related services
• Quality assurance certificate specially for iron sheet
• Bid bond: 2% in the form of CPO.

All Quotations must be presented in English only.

Clarity of specifications and presentation of the bid offer, quality, delivery time, and value-for-money principles will be considered in the evaluation of the bid.

Positive Action for Development (PAD) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reason whatsoever. Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

All interested potential vendors are invited with respect to the referenced invitation to tender.
The submitted Quotation could be used as the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and PAD
