Medecins Sans Frontières Belgium, Ethiopia Mission supports medical activities in collaboration with the Regional Health Bureau at The Korem General Hospital, Korem. MSF hereby invites eligible bidders with demonstrated experience and competence in the supply and delivery of electrical materials (e.g.. cables, switches. panels, lighting fixtures, etc.) to similar institutional or hospital projects to submit sealed bids quotation of price offer for the MSF Supply Team and delivery of Electrical Materials to our project in Korem, based in Korem General Hospital with the protocol and accepted Purchase order Agreement of Quality, Quantity. Lead time and Terms.

Interested bidders must meet the following document requirements:

• Renewed and valid trade license for the year 2018 E.C..
• Tax Identification Number.
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Demonstrated experience and competence in the supply and on time delivery experience in supply of electrical materials in accordance with Quality, Quantity, Lead time and Terms.
• Evidence of financial capacity and stability.

Bidders must submit their Price offer in a sealed envelope clearly labelled "Tender for the supply and delivery of electrical materials" in the tender box in the MSF Belgium Korem Project Supply Office, Korem General Hospital on or before 11th June 2026 at 5:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 12th June 2026, and thereafter assessment visits will be arranged on a date to be notified to the short listed bidders.

Note: Bidders should contact the below to collect bid document from MSF Belgium, Korem Project Office and there is no bid bond to be purchased!
